first company added job: first issues that arise

couldnt directly publish after only filling in job title

the publish section doesnt function correctly (resets)

can change status to active from dashboard

company user with role root wasnt assigned

when i create a company as root i am made owner while i should be made root

company now needs to get verified status before the job becomes visible, need to fix this
