Staging Table for Publications</h2><ul><li>When a job is set to be published, it is first stored in a new staging table (not directly published).</li></ul><h2>2. Admin Approval Workflow</h2><ul><li>As an admin, I can view a publication overview page (similar to the job overview).</li><li>From this overview, I can approve or reject publications.</li><li>Once approved, the publication is sent to gateway and marked as published.</li></ul><h2>3. Publication Status Tracking</h2><ul><li>A table of individual publications is visible, showing each job’s publication entries with their current status (e.g., pending, approved, published, rejected).</li></ul><h2>4. Cooldown Enforcement</h2><ul><li>A 7-day cooldown period is enforced per job per channel.</li><li>When selecting channels for a job, the UI shows the last published date per channel.</li><li>If the job is still within cooldown for a given channel, the selection option is disabled.</li></ul>
